Terms & Conditions

All services supplied by Sarah Melissa Artistry are subject to terms & conditions. By booking with Sarah Melissa Artistry, the client agrees to the terms & conditions listed below.

A 30% deposit is required when booking & is non-refundable as the time & date is reserved for the client.

In the case of the client's booking needing to be cancelled due to COVID 19 government restrictions, the 30% deposit will be transferable & will be used as credit towards a future booking. If the new requested date/time is not available, the credit will remain on file until a suited booking becomes available.

The client is to pay the remaining balance before the application begins on the day or days prior to the application with a copy of the invoice sent to sarahmelissaartistry@outlook.com

If the client needs to cancel the booking before the application has begun & has already paid the remaining balance, the remaining balance will be returned to the client.

The client understands all transactions are final once the makeup application has begun.

The client gives permission to Sarah 

Melissa Artistry to use all photos taken for portfolio/advertising/promotion purposes unless requested not to be by the client.

GROUP BOOKINGS

The client can add more people to a booking if time permits.

Once the group booking has been confirmed, the total number of people cannot be reduced. In the case of a cancelation of a member of the group, They can be replaced, Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited if that member no longer requires a service.

TIME/PREP

Please be ready to start on time with clean skin and no traces of makeup.

A fee will incur if the artist has to remove any previous makeup.

If you are running late please notify Sarah Melissa Artistry as soon as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately, you have to forfeit your application along with your deposit. if time permits, the remaining time can be used to apply minimal makeup within the time given.

Please inform Sarah if you have any Allergies, Sensitivities or Contagious conditions arise prior so the booking can be adjusted

Accordingly, perform a patch test or cancel the booking if needed to prevent any harm to the clients) or cross-contamination between the artist & clients.
